鶴橋駅 液晶サイン 近鉄線への乗換案内・誤乗防止

ご視聴くださいまして誠にありがとうございます。
ＪＲ鶴橋駅に新しく導入された液晶ディスプレイを用いた案内サインです。
ＪＲ鶴橋駅ではホーム上に近鉄線への乗換改札が、出口の改札は地上ホームにあるため、鶴橋駅で出場するつもりだった旅客が誤って近鉄線の乗換改札をくぐってしまう誤入場が多発していました。
これを防止するためいろいろな誤入場防止対策がなされてきましたが、その一環として導入されたのが今回の液晶ディスプレイを用いた案内サインです。
近鉄線への乗換方法と出口ではない旨の警告などが日英中韓4か国語で表示されます。

New information sign using digital displays at Tsuruhashi station.
At Tsuruhashi station, JR line’s platforms are located on the 3rd floor. As the transfer gate for Kintetsu Railway is located on the same level with JR Line’s platform, many first-time customers wishing to get out of the station go through the transfer gate by mistake.
The new information signs of digital displays were installed in order to reduce them.
