CBI ने एक विशेष अभियान चलाकर देशभर के 150 स्थानों पर संयुक्त औचक निरीक्षण कर जांच की है। सीबीआई की विभिन्न स्थानों पर यह जांच संदिग्ध भ्रष्टाचार के तहत की गई है। बताया जा रहा है कि, सीबीआई की ओर से छापेमारी की कार्रवाई सरकारी विभागों के कई दफ्तरों पर की गई है। सीबीआई ने रेलवे, कोयला समेत कई महत्वपूर्ण सरकारी विभागों के दफ्तरों की जांच की है।
